DEEP CLEANING
For our first service at your home, we recommend the Deep Cleaning, since we do a thorough cleaning of all the items below. It is the recommended service to begin with, to ensure your house gets in top shape and then it becomes much simpler to keep it that way – which our recurring cleaning will surely do!
STANDARD/ RECURRING CLEANING
On our maintenance cleaning we work on the tasks on this checklist on a rotating basis, which can be customized according to your preferences, including the option of using your own products or ours. If you have requests, just inform us and we will be glad to prioritize them. The maintenance cleaning can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
MOVE IN
We clean and sanitize your new home before you move in to ensure it is fresh and ready for you and your family! We pay attention to all little details and clean every nook and cranny so your place will be free of all dust, dirt, and grime.
MOVE OUT
On our move out service we will clean your place thoroughly, top to bottom to guarantee your deposit back! It will even charm realtors because the house will be “ready to show”. If your landlord or property manager has a list of required cleaning tasks, please provide it to us and we will do our best!
